  • Shipping & Delivery Time: We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or similar) to ensure safe and easy delivery.
    • Within India: Standard delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location (faster in metro cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore; may take longer for remote/pincode areas).
    • We aim for prompt dispatch, but transit times can vary due to weather, festivals, or logistics factors.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
    • Many orders qualify for free or subsidized shipping (check product pages or cart for promotions).
    • COD orders may include a small additional convenience fee (if applicable, shown transparently at checkout).
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you'll get a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Track your package anytime on our website or the courier's site.
  • Delivery Address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including landmark, pincode, and contact number). We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete information. Redelivery attempts (if any) may incur extra charges.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India. We may expand in the future—stay tuned!
  • Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event of issues, contact our support within 7 days of expected delivery with your order ID and photos (if damaged). We'll resolve it promptly per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Force Majeure: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), and we appreciate your understanding.
